FNAC has some of the largest stores in France mainly dedicated to electronics, books, CDs etc. So this was in effect next day delivery.My parcel was managed by Chronopost and delivered locally by DHL, and the parcel tracking system was super accurate.Customer service was also great when I contacted them to add some delivery instructions for the courrier.So, all in all, this was definitely 5 stars, and I will definitely be ordering again from Fnac! Fast and efficient.I ordered a book on Fnac.com and received it less than 48 hours later. THEY STOLE MY MONEY!

it's been 5 times i follow their instructions to stop sending me their useless mail... they keep on coming in...l. Do not buy anythings from fnac If u call you have to wait 40 min to speak customer care and after without answer they cut ur call . My package was not marked as sent by the vendor and still fnac automatically flagged it as received. I placed my order yesterday afternoon, so wasn't expecting to receive it for a few days.
